Projekt ("we", "our", or "us") is a project management app for contractors and their teams. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account information — name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or accept an invite
• Project data — customer names, addresses, project costs, notes, and status updates you enter into the app
• Photos and documents — files you upload to projects, stored securely in Firebase Storage
• Device token — a push notification token saved when you log in, used only to send project update notifications

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Projekt app for your team
• To send push notifications for project activity (status changes, assignments)
• To send invite emails when you add team members

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), hosted in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We use trusted service providers (such as Firebase and Google Places) to operate core app functionality, and they process data on our behalf.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access or update your account information
• Request deletion of your data
• Disable push notifications at any time through your device settings

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Projekt is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
